UpStream is a waste and recycling service that uses the 2 pick-up days as an opportunity to deliver packages to the residents for absolutely, truly free (we have no inflationary prices or monthly fees - really!)

We do curbside collection and single stream recycling, as well as package delivery! We also allow for large hauls and special pick-ups at competitive rates. We service the Northern Virginia, DMV and Blacksburg areas
